The Downfall of Mohenjo-Daro
The Harappans that lived in Mohenjo-Daro most likely just suddenly disappeared, unlike some civilizations. They had multiple reasons for their downfall. One might be that the Aryans, the people that lived right after the Harappans left, might have attacked them. This isn’t possible because there was no sign of an attack. There also might have been a flood or drought from the river which made them die or migrate. Earthquakes or other disasters could have hit them too. They are always important, even after their downfall.
